VIRTUAL SYNTH THROUGH PHYSICAL HARDWARE

This pack was created using a program called VCV Rack. It is a free and open source modular synth program. All files you will find in this pack are Loops.

I sent the VCV rack's audio out of a desktop computer into a guitar pedal board. The pedal board was then used to process the sound and give it a more real and warm feeling. The pedal board was also there to mess with sound and really distort it.

The technique I used can be seen in the behind the scenes videos for the doom sound track created by Mick Gordon.
