VIRTUAL SYNTH THROUGH PHYSICAL HARDWARE

This pack was created using a program called VCV Rack. It is a free and open-source modular synth program. All files you will find in this pack are Loops.

I sent the VCV rack's audio out of a desktop computer into a guitar pedalboard. The pedalboard was then used to process the sound and give it a more real and warm feeling. The pedalboard was also there to mess with sound and distort it.

The technique I used can be seen in the behind the scenes videos for the doom soundtrack created by Mick Gordon.
